Calgon Carbon Plans to Impose 
License Fee for Use of UV Technology

Calgon Carbon Corporation recently sent letters to AMWA, AWWA, and USEPA regarding their plans to charge a license fee for use of UV technology for the inactivation of Cryptosporidium in drinking water supplies.  The links below go directly to each letter, in Microsoft Word format, and lay out Calgon Carbon's plans and the proposed fee.
