USEPA Finalizes Ground Water Rule

On October 11th the final Ground Water Rule was signed by the USEPA Administrator.  The rule is designed to reduce illness associated with disease-causing microorganisms in drinking water.  It applies to all systems using ground water and establishes a risk-based approach to target vulnerable water systems.
